Tenant Management

  • Market analysis to determine the rent.
  • We use aggressive, innovative and effective marketing techniques. 
  • Thorough qualifying methods for approving prospective tenants.
  • Management of property showing to prospective tenants. We do not give out keys. 
  • We contact all home owners before approving a prospective tenant.
  • We will perform diligent and prudent evictions including court appearance, if necessary. 


 Repairs and Maintenance

  • Well maintained properties within budget. 
  • We contract with reliable vendors and provide supervision to ensure prompt, competent, and excellent service.
  • We will take care and protect your property, including preventative and seasonal maintenance which is critically importance. 
  • Move-in and move-out inspections of the property for renting readiness and analyze 


 Communication

  • We keep our clients well informed about their investment real estate  including review of tenants status, property conditions, neighborhood and real estate trends, etc. 
  • We provide monthly accounting statements and annual W4 tax forms.
