How do I rent a property?

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Initial call to review your needs and property requirements for a renter.
• Your property walk-through.
• Application documents with a one-time $35.00 application processing fee.  
• Application approval in 3 - 4 business days.
• One month rent plus one month security payment.

Here are the steps: 

1. Call us. Let’s spend 10 minutes on the phone making sure the property will meet your needs and you will meet the initial requirements for the property. 
2. Take a look at the property with your family. 
3. Submit the completed APPLICATION with a copy of your license and recent pay stub to gowens@fulcrumpmgmt.com.  Pay the $35.00 application processing fee.  
4. We will process the application which includes verification of your income, employment, criminal background, credit rating and rental history. Within 3 -4 business days.  We will contact you regarding the application approval. 
5. If your application is approved, you will meet with the Property Manager to sign the lease and provide the first month deposit and first month's rent. 
6. Complete a walk-through inspection with the Property Manager and get your keys!!!
